Quotation Policy

Prices valid for 7 days after which it may be subject to change having regard to fluctuations in the exchange rate or any fee charged
in terms of public regulations.

All goods shall remain under the ownership of Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd until the invoice price has been paid in full;
The Quotation shall only be accepted in writing by the same customer and by faxing, e-mailing  or delivering of the Quotation
to the supplier.
The customer is responsible for collecting all goods at the business’s physical address.
As a customer should be aware of all terms and conditions applicable before placing an order it is advised that the terms and
conditions under General should be added to your quotation as well.

2. Cancelation Policy

Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd requires a deposit of 70% to confirm the order. The order will only be processed and printing initiated
when we receive confirmation that such deposit has been received. We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation
before date of finalization of the order. The fee will depend on the nature of the order placed, the length of notice of cancellation before
delivery, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the garment/print requested and the reason for cancellation. No refunds
on deposits in the event of cancellation for already ordered/made Special-Order Goods.

3. Design Policy

Any design done by Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd will remain the property of Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd. Should the client wish to
purchase the design an additional fee will be charged.

4. Variations in Colour of the Printed Products

The colour of your original sample / order may not always be available. In the event that any colour is not available or has been
discontinued by the Supplier’s provider of material the client will be contacted and if so approved, an alternative matching colour for the
printed product will be selected in consultation with the Purchaser.

5. Refund Policy

Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision with regard
to the (printed) products being ordered. You can choose between a refund, exchange or repair , where the printed products are proven
as defective within the warranty period or within 10 business days the products are wrongly described or different from the sample
shown to you. If the product was altered, washed, used or cannot be returned due to public health reasons we will not accept a return
of the product, unless defective.

As we cannot guarantee the finalized product’s colour supplied from our suppliers (due to material quality and/or variations in colour),
no responsibility will be accepted by Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd if the colour of the finalized product is different from the sample,
unless such difference in colour has regard to any circumstances within our business reasonable control. We may charge a handling
fee if the return is accepted by management.

6. Warranty

Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd warrants its customer that the printed products which have been manufactured and/or supplied by the
Company to the Customer shall be free from any material defects subject to the following:

The warranty is effective for a period of six (6) months. The date is determined from date of collection by the Consumer.

- The Customer will be entitled to either request a refund; replacement or repair of products supplied if the products are proven
as defective within such period;

- Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any damages of whatsoever nature, including
consequential and penal damages, caused by or due to any failure of operation or malfunction of the printed products
supplied, unless such damages can be attributed to any circumstances reasonably within the control of Reproclinic Services
(Pty) Ltd;

- The warranty shall immediately be rendered null and void in the event of any of the following:

Any alterations or modifications or addition made to the printed product supplied, without the prior
consent of Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd;

b) Failure to use printed products in accordance with the instructions and specifications of Reproclinic
Services (Pty) ltd including, but not limited to the washing and care instructions appearing on the printed

c) General misuse and abuse of printed products;

d) Client not having his original tax invoice to be supplied upon delivery;

e) Any damage caused by fire, flood, civil disturbance or act of God;

f) The garment has not been supplied to the business in order to determine if the product is actually
defective and the reasons for such defectiveness.

7. Indemnity

Use of own material for the printed product is at the risk of the Client and Reproclinic Services (Ptyd) Ltd accepts no responsibility in
the event that such material gets either damaged, lost or stolen, unless such damage, loss or theft of the material was or should have
been within the business’s reasonable control.

Although the business endeavours to provide printing work of exceptional quality, Reproclinic Services (Pty) Ltd accepts no
responsibility for any loss including consequential loss arising from errors or omissions during any printing works undertaken unless
such errors and omissions including consequential loss can be attributed to any circumstances within the Company’s reasonable

These include but are in no way limited to loss or consequential loss caused by incorrect/insufficient information being supplied by the
the customer with regards to the printing works.

The business will furthermore not accept responsibility for the loss or damage or destruction of any customer stationary not supplied
by the Company and held on the Company’s premises, due to any reason whatsoever, unless such loss; damage or destruction has
regard to any circumstances within the Company’s reasonable control.
